"Platform" means StudMint.com, including all websites, mobile applications, and related services.
"User" means any individual who registers for an account on the Platform.
"Student" means a User who is currently enrolled in an educational institution with a valid .edu.sg email address.
"Tutor" means a verified Student who offers tutoring services on the Platform.
"Parent" means a User who is the parent or legal guardian of a minor Student.
"Employer" means a User who posts micro-tasks for Students to complete.
"Credits" means the virtual currency used on the Platform for transactions.
2.1 Age Requirements. To register as a Student, you must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 years old must obtain parental or legal guardian consent before using the Platform.
2.2 Educational Status. Students must maintain a valid .edu.sg email address and be actively enrolled in a Singapore educational institution.
2.3 Account Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly.
2.4 One Account Per User. Each individual may maintain only one active account on the Platform.
3.1 Email Verification. All users must verify their .edu.sg email address to activate their account.
3.2 Tutor Verification. Students applying to become Tutors must complete the verification process, including submitting academic credentials and passing a subject proficiency test.
3.3 Employer Verification. Employers must provide valid UEN and business details for verification.
3.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Platform provides the following services to Users:
Credits are the virtual currency used for all transactions on the Platform. Credits have no value outside the Platform and cannot be exchanged for cash except through the official withdrawal process.
Credits may be purchased using Stripe (credit/debit cards) or PayNow. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by Singapore law.
Earnings from tutoring and exam paper sales may be withdrawn via PayNow subject to:
