1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Student Platform SG, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid .edu.sg email address to register as a student. Users under 18 require parental consent.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass or abuse other users
• Post copyrighted material without permission
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Create multiple accounts

4. Payments and Fees

Tutoring: 15% commission | Exam papers: 30% commission | Micro-tasks: 10% commission

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Student Platform SG is not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
