All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are virtual currency with no cash value outside the Platform.
Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

| Student cancels 24+ hours before | Full refund of credits |
| Student cancels less than 24 hours | 50% refund of credits |
| Student no-show | No refund |
| Tutor cancels any time | Full refund + S$3 credit |
| Tutor no-show | Full refund + S$3 credit |
| Quality complaint | Reviewed case-by-case, up to 50% refund |
Digital products are generally non-refundable after download.
