Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchases or transactions on StudMint.

1. Credit Purchases

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are virtual currency with no cash value outside the Platform.

Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

Situation	Refund Policy
Student cancels 24+ hours before	Full refund of credits
Student cancels less than 24 hours	50% refund of credits
Student no-show	No refund
Tutor cancels any time	Full refund + S$3 credit
Tutor no-show	Full refund + S$3 credit
Quality complaint	Reviewed case-by-case, up to 50% refund

Digital products are generally non-refundable after download.

Response time: Within 3 business days
